We believe that various methods/resources are required to create and provide services that are useful to a wide variety of customers.
Therefore, we have built a flexible work system to improve service quality.
If you are working, please do not feel lost, concentrate at being productive, show your ability, and achieve success.
As a matter of fact, we have improved productivity with a flexible work system and achieved quality improvements through continuous improvements in customer service.
We take advantage of our flexible system to take responsibility for any job and welcome those that constantly seek improvements and strive to find the best solutions.”

We not only focus on special service but doing the ordinary common thins as usual and keeping a promise.
Being bright and cheerful and thinking and acting politely through the other persons shoes. Stay tidy and clean and always remember to thank and show gratitude.
We believe these actions will lead to compassion from our customers and thus bring joy to us all.

One with leadership

Leaders are people who think and act on their own. They can work well independently and, also listen to a variety of opinions, understanding each position and idea of others.
You also need leadership to drive your project as a specialist or as a project manager.
I hope young people can grow with our experience. If you are a mid-senior person, you can use your team’s strengths to achieve your needs.

The attractiveness of entering a venture is to create a business together, improve the customer’s corporate value, and at the same time feel the company’s growth. We can be more flexible, and efficient than large companies to provide innovative services to our customers.
The other is “experience”. Regardless of your age background, you can gain various experiences as the company grows and grow with the company. Here at F & P, we have 10 company rules and #10 is “Let’s have Fun!”. By having fun, we can provide an “emotional service that customers are delighted with” in the sense of “enjoying work and being moved”.
We listen to our customers’ needs and seriously consider what we should do, to help solve problems, improve corporate value, pursue quality with a strict attitude, and produce delightful results. In other words, your “Fun” has the potential to become our “Fun”.
At the same time, we are promoting “Fun Innovation” as our medium-term management plan slogan. A common goal is to serve our customers by adding to the intention of providing Fun services with new and innovative services.
