It’s a complex facility with several functions, consisting of three buildings, Building A, B, and C.
It has a frozen and chilled distribution warehouse with a 24-hour security office, a rental conference room for 180 people, a refreshing space, and 186 parking spaces. Buildings A, B and C are completed.

A logistics facility consisting of three buildings, A to C, that combines frozen/chilled warehouse and office space.

Three-temperature zone warehouse (frozen/chilled/dry) and spaces for café/shop on 1F. Part of the building has three stories, and 2F and 3F are office areas.

1F is a three-temperature zone warehouse (frozen/chilled/dry) . Office areas and mini-shops are located at upper floors, 3F~4F. Free Wi-Fi is available in the common space / cafeteria areas.

On 3F – 4F, there are cafeterias available for having meals and break time.

Conference room with a capacity of 180 people and rentable on a hourly basis by external parties.
Office space and rental office with furniture on 4F. Can be used immediately after moving in.
There are 3 rental conference rooms for tenants on 4F. Available on an hourly basis usage.

Building C

In operation

Dry warehouse on the 1F. Part of first floor and the second and fourth floors are office areas. It is connected to Building B, and its services are also available.

Warehouse with a clear height of 7.5m with high convenience and versatility.
The part of second floor office can view the first floor warehouse in consideration of the convenience of the tenant using the warehouse.
