1. Building recovery supportEarly recovery through “expertise” and “mobility” that leverage the strength of F&P with many construction background employees

F&P provided support from the time of the earthquake to the completion of restoration work.
Using F&P’s expertise and flexibility, we provided advice on appropriate recovery work and prepared a recovery budget at an early stage. As a result, we were able to have our customers make quick decisions and a speed recovery.
This is an example of how we have leveraged the strengths of our large number of employees with general contractor expertise and mobility.

2. Real estate supportSpeedy recovery with F&P’s “network” and “comprehensive strength”

F&P responded to the need for temporary relocation and consolidation of affected facilities.
During the temporary relocation, we made full use of our real estate information network, and when a facility merged or closed, we were able to respond promptly by utilizing our expertise in real estate, development, and finance, real estate information networks, and negotiation skills.
