Example of F&P Service Flow

F&P’s projects can be provided from land exploration, design and management, and building management. Here, we introduce the service flow based on a “project case.”

PHASE 1
Research and Analysis
Research and Analysis Phase

This is a phase in which we draw out the intentions of our customers and decide on a major direction. We will continue to make decisions on a number of discussions. We will draw up an accurate financial plans, schedule, and construction plan based on interviews with the customer. Depending on the project, the expense of demolition will be calculated and soil contamination surveys will be conducted in parallel.

Planning Phase

This is the phase in which the selection of land is almost fixed, and are in the phase of deciding on specific business income and expenditures, business scheme, schedules, and construction plans. This is an important aspect of determining the direction of future projects and requires careful consideration of the impact on subsequent phases.

PHASE 3
Design
Designing Phase

This is the phase in which we grasp the customer’s intentions and design according to the law. The design department mainly leads the project. From the basic design to the implementation design, we will proceed to the building confirmation application work. In the meantime, we will hold regular meetings with related parties to deepen our discussions on the building quality.

PHASE 4
Construction Supervision
Construction Supervision Phase

This is the phase when the design drawing is completed and the building is constructed based on the design drawing. The design and construction departments mainly conduct inspections to ensure that construction is carried out according to the design drawings. At regular meetings, we will proceed with the determination of more detailed specifications.

This is the phase in which completed buildings are managed. We will promote cleaning, legal inspections, regular maintenance, and repairs. In addition, personnel involved in design supervision will attend the one-year and two-year inspections after completion.
