Difficulty and challenges to provide services rather than products

At my former job at Takaki Bakery, I have valued the relationship of trust created by serving our customers as a businesses representative. I continue to value this philosophy.
What I feel every day is the difficulty of providing advisory services rather than tangible products. When I joined the Company, it took time to understand the works of F&P. Preparing easy-to-understand proposal materials based on meeting customer needs is one of the tasks as a sales assistant. Customer demands are diverse, and the services provided by F&P span in wide range. Every day is learning while teaching both sales staff and technical staff about variety of topics. When the customers who were involved from the initial stages tell me that they are happy to use F&P, the pleasure is great, which leads to my job satisfaction.
My goal is to gain an accurate understanding of needs, help our customers, rely on F&P when in trouble, and build as many relationships as possible that make them feel good that F&P was there.

Message

I had great anxiety about changing jobs from a different industry, but thanks to the people around me who are kind enough to teach me, I am able to work hard while growing every day. Sometimes I run into walls, but I think F&P’s big attraction is that there is always someone who will listen or will give me advice.
