Even if the customer has questions about the contents of the explanation given by the construction company, they often end up agreeing with what the construction company says. My work at F&P, based on my previous experience working as a construction manager at Obayashi Corporation, is to help our customers make more appropriate decisions by identifying the details of the explanations made by construction company and identifying any problems and conveying advice to business owners in an easy-to-understand manner.
Throughout this series of tasks, I was able to broaden my biased insight by grasping customer questions and further improving my skills, which make me feel more attracted to this job.
