From Sendai to Tokyo. And challenge to BIM

I think F&P is a company where one can always grow by actively providing opportunities to young employees. Not only was I inexperienced in BIM but also as a CAD operator. But I was chosen to be a member for Tokyo BIM team, soon after joining the company, working from Sendai. I did not know my right from the left, and there were concerns but I was able to receive guidance from my superiors and experienced team members, and immediately felt relieved and happy to have joined the company.
Although I was the only CAD operator in Sendai, I was determined to move to the Tokyo head office, as I was engaged in many training sessions in Tokyo, and as I was willing to grow with more experience, I decided to move to the Tokyo headquarters. Today, we are taking on the challenge of becoming a frontrunner of BIM in logistics facilities, together with the members of the BIM team. I still have to gain more knowledge and experience, but I am working with a sense of improvement while looking at the steps of the senior staff who I can rely on.

Message

I feel more comfortable saying that “I am a member of F&P” rather than “just a CAD operator.” There are a comfortable working environment through teamwork built through company events, etc. People who are passionate about their work can help us beyond the boundaries of departments, so let’s grow together with F&P!
