Re-challenge Myanmar business

In my previous position in a major general trading company, I was stationed in Myanmar in the latter half of the 1990s and was in charge of the development of industrial parks and other projects. However, I was forced to withdraw from the business due to the Asian currency crisis and other factors. I joined F&P with an opportunity to take charge of Myanmar business, which was a re-challenge to the Myanmar business after 20 years.
I was surprised at the magnitude of the changes in the streets and the abundance of goods in Myanmar over the past 20 years. However, I was happy to find that the people in Myanmar was still kind, faithful, and pro-Japan.
I appreciate the opportunity to participate in the challenging real estate development business with the enthusiasm by the president and other executives with their active business trips, developing excellent local partnerships, and being able to collaborate strongly with expatriates and local employees.
Young local employees working at 2 subsidiaries in Myanmar are enthusiastically working on their duties. Every time I travel to Myanmar, I see the growth of each employee. I hope to work together with our expatriates, local employees, and all members of the head office to work for a better working environment.

Message

I would like to share three characteristics of F&P.
It is easy to communicate with the executives, and work with a sense of speed. Employees are from different backgrounds, so we respect each others. The company embodies an one-team culture.
