Environment to grow professionally with work-life balance

When thinking about changing jobs, I emphasized whether or not the environment is comfortable to work in the event of changes in life events such as marriage and births.
F&P has an environment in which employees can actively make proposals to “create an environment in which everyone can work comfortably.” One of the proposals for improvement was a system that allows employees to work without setting a maximum time limit for short-hour working style, in accordance with the circumstances of each employee. It is very helpful to be able to work short hours with a child in elementary school.
I feel that an environment has been put in place that facilitates both work and family life, not only in terms of the system, but also in actual conditions. For example, customer service is based on a team effort rather than on a single person, so we can respond flexibly to sudden personal conditions. I think it will be possible to expand the stage where I can work as the main person in charge of the project while receiving support from my superior and project team members.
When I returned from my second maternity leave, I myself was full of anxiety as to whether I could work as before. After actually returning to work, I have been supported by my superiors and team members, and have been able to take on more challenges than ever before, and have a fulfilling times.

Message

I had no prior experience in sales and my career started as a sales assistant. Even if you don’t have experience and skills, you can experience a variety of tasks while receiving support from your superiors and seniors. I look forward to be able to work with you if you want to challenge new things by acquiring specialized knowledge of construction and real estate.
