The challenge from a temp. CAD drafter to a becoming an architectural designer

After working at an architect office for a house builder (temp. worker), I was searching for a new opportunity. Initially, I was hired as a temp. worker in April 2014, from a temp agency.
The main task at that time was to create buildable volume design of logistics facilities. It was very new and fun to work on drafting a distribution facility with a maximum volume ratio for the site requested by the customer while complying with various rules such as the Building Standards Law. My work was done under the guidance of senior staffs. Later in December 2014, I was offered a position as a permanent employee. I had little experience in construction, but I accepted the offer to express my deepest appreciation to those who recommended me.
Currently, I am involved in the work of designing logistics warehouses, from basic planning to implementation design as an architect, while at the same time, I am also taking on challenges such as attending customer meetings and consulting on creating warehouses.

Message

Although I am still learning, I have participated in several projects and I feel that I have accumulated knowledge and experience little by little. In the case of mid-career recruitment, past-experience is often essential requirement. However, this company hadthe tolerance to accept my inexperience. The company’s strength comes from having experienced specialists in various fields. Would you like to take on the challenge of creating logistics facilities that are essential to the society with us?
