Challenge as a F&P sales representative

In my previous position at Penta-Ocean Construction, I was in charge of the construction businesses for the central government agencies, but I joined F&P with the goal of further advancing my skills as a salesperson.
I currently support the development of logistics facilities for our customers, primarily as a sales representative for several major companies, including e-commerce companies and real estate developers. In collaboration with many people inside and outside the company, I think that the sense of fulfillment and of achievement when we were able to lead the project from the initial stage in the construction plan for the client and to lead the facility operation while overcoming various issues is a special experience that only you can experience in F&P.
The Business to corporate clients was almost a first experience, but after joining F&P and engaging in corporate sales, I enjoyed the work itself and realized it as a rewarding work.

Message

The logistics real estate market, which is currently the main battlefield for F&P, has grown rapidly in recent years, and is still growing. In this market, we have responded to customer needs and grown with the differentiated service of co-sourcing. In other words, F&P has an environment in which we can create enthusiasm for work. We want people who have a enthusiastic heart of “I want to work and enhance my life as a business person!” and those who have a strong spirit of “I want to contribute to society through business!” as our colleague and work with our teammate.
