The position is an entry to mid-level position, where the individual must have experience in commercial or industrial MEP Engineering or property management. Immediate responsibilities include:

• Ensure building’s HVAC, plumbing, and security systems function properly.
• Supervise technical management,quality & safety management,cost control, schedule management within the scope of MEP.
• Property Management, including manage issues/complaints etc. by tenants.
• Work closely with other professionals such as building services engineers, construction managers, and architectural technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance schedule with maintenance service companies.
• Travel regularly to building/facility sites, attend client meetings as required.
• Prepare basic plans and specifications for logistics facility construction projects in Japan based on instructions from F&P Japan.

• University Graduate
• Language Skills： Japanese or English
• PC Skill：Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Certificate in MEC and or LCCI is a plus.
• Experience operating CAD (JW-CAD, AUTOCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.)
• Minimum 3-5 years of MEP engineering at construction company
• Experience in property management is preferred
