The position is an entry to mid-level position, where the individual must have experience in commercial or industrial civil engineering. Immediate responsibilities include:
- Construction management of building projects to make sure clients’ needs are met.
- Supervise quality & safety management, cost control, schedule management during construction.
- Conduct inspection of client building and submit weekly/monthly engineering reports.
- Create long term repair investment plan for client buildings.
- Develop and evaluate estimates of construction costs.
- Responsible for design and supervision of various projects designed by F&P.
- Provide design data for surveying and engineering applications using CAD.
- Attend project/technical meetings with clients, construction companies for the progress.
- Liaise with local construction professionals about the feasibility of the assigned projects.
- Liaise with authorities on technical matters, apply for planning permission.
- Adjust plans depending on circumstances, resolve any problems during construction.
- Travel regularly to building/facility sites, attend client meetings as required.
- Develop good relationships with local real estate companies etc., provide high quality service to our clients.
