The annual President's Award was presented at HAPPO-EN at Tokyo Shirokanedai, on November 2021. Although the declaration of emergency has been released, we held the meeting with careful attention and thorough ventilation. The members of the department office in each region and Myanmar also felt a sense of unity through TEAMS, web conference. The members were able to particiate the ceremony for the first time in a long time felt a greater sense of solidarity.
