F&P`s Role

F&P was involved from land selection to design supervision.
The land which Prologis had a development site in Kitasone industrial park was perfect for constructing 8 Hazmat silos.
This facility is the biggest inland hazmat warehouse to handle chemical material in Japan.
This facility will be able to consolidate materials from smaller warehouses and provide stable hazmat management. Also with Prologis Park Koga 2 next door, shipment with standard material will make shipping more efficient.
