The completion ceremony of LOGISTEED East Japan, Ltd.’s “Hazardous Material Warehouse Kitakashiwa Center ” was held.
The groundbreaking ceremony of LOGISTEED East Japan, Ltd.’s “Hazardous Material Warehouse Kitakashiwa Center (tentative name)”, which F&P provides design and construction supervision services, was held on July 21, 2021.
The site is located close to the Joban Expressway “Kashiwa IC” and along the Tokyo-Gaikan Expressway (National Road No. 16). This site is a convenient location for transportation and wide-area distribution as a logistics facility.
This project is a 1,000 ㎡ warehouse for hazardous material. In order to meet the new needs for storage of hazardous materials, which has grown in recent years, this logistics facility will be a Class 4 hazardous material warehouse.
F&P took charge of basic plan, basic design, selection of construction companies, implementation design supervision, and construction supervision, providing total support for this project.
