Completion of GLP Japan Inc. “Marq Hirakata IV”

2026/02/19

The completion ceremony for “Marq Hirakata IV” of GLP Japan Inc., for which our company was responsible for design supervision and construction supervision services, was held on February 5, 2026.

This facility is located at a key transportation hub connecting Kyoto and Osaka along National Route 1, and is situated in an area where the Shin-Meishin Expressway, scheduled to open in its entirety in 2027, intersects with the Daini-Keihan Road, giving it extremely high potential as a logistics site.
In addition, it is easily accessible, approximately an 11-minute walk from Kozenji Station on the Keihan Main Line, making it an excellent location for securing employment from surrounding residential areas.

In terms of facilities, the first floor, which is normally used as a truck berth, can be utilized entirely as a parking area. Furthermore, by establishing an inner vehicle route, the facility prevents sound and light leakage to the surrounding area and enables all-weather operations.
From an environmental perspective, the facility has obtained CASBEE A certification and ZEB Ready certification, making it an advanced logistics facility that considers reducing environmental impact.

Our company comprehensively managed construction quality, schedule, and cost from the standpoint of design and construction supervision, supporting smooth project promotion.
Going forward, we will continue to make full use of the know-how we have cultivated to contribute to the creation of high-quality facilities that exceed our clients’ expectations.
