GLP Japan Co., Ltd.’s “GLP Kumamoto Ozu” has completed.

The completion ceremony for “GLP Kumamoto Ozu” of GLP Japan Co., Ltd., for which our company provided construction supervision services, was held on November 4, 2025.

This facility is adjacent to Kumamoto Prefecture’s semiconductor industrial park, located approximately 7 km from Kumamoto Airport, approximately 11 km from the Kyushu Expressway “Kumamoto IC,” and approximately 16 km from “Mashiki Kumamoto Airport IC,” providing an excellent location as a wide-area distribution hub serving the entire Kyushu region.

The building is a 4-story above-ground box-type structure, developed as a dedicated facility for Kintetsu Logistics Systems Co., Ltd., a company that has earned global trust for “high-quality transportation” of semiconductors, computers, servers, and other products.
To achieve efficient logistics operations within the facility, freight elevators and vertical conveyors have been installed, and air conditioning equipment has been installed throughout the entire building to provide employees with a comfortable working environment.

Our company participated in the project from the structural design supervision stage, and in addition to verifying the validity of the structural design, we have comprehensively managed construction quality, schedule, and cost.
