Trancom Co., Ltd.’s “Kaizu Business Office” was completed.
The completion ceremony for Trancom Co., Ltd.’s “Kaizu Business Office,” for which our company was responsible for design and supervision services, was held on December 3, 2025.
This facility serves as a new core hub supporting Trancom’s operations in the Chubu area. By collaborating with the shipper company’s new factory being constructed on the same site, it will function as a next-generation supply system where manufacturing and logistics operate in an integrated manner. This will become an important hub contributing to the advancement of the entire supply chain, including shortening lead times from production to shipment and improving inventory and transportation efficiency.
Our company was responsible for design and supervision from the basic planning stage, and in this complex project where the factory building and logistics building were submitted as a single application, we worked in collaboration with all stakeholders to create a plan that prioritized operational efficiency and enhanced the value of the hub. During the construction phase, we also worked closely with the construction company, meticulously coordinating the steel erection process and construction schedule with the factory building, thereby contributing to the reliable completion of the overall schedule.
Moving forward, we will continue to contribute to the creation of logistics hubs that support Trancom’s business growth, and we sincerely hope that this hub will contribute to the development of the regional industry.
