The groundbreaking ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP FukuokaIC Ⅰ”, which F&P provided design supervision service, was held on October 23, 2025.

The site is located approximately 800m from the “Fukuoka IC” of the Kyushu Expressway, with excellent access to National Route 201, making it an ideal location for both wide-area distribution throughout Kyushu and urban distribution to the Fukuoka metropolitan area.
Additionally, it is approximately 1 km from “Chojabaru Station” on the JR Kashii Line and Sasaguri Line, offering convenient commuting access and ensuring stable workforce availability.

This facility is a 4-story above-ground box-type logistics facility. It adopts seismic isolation structure, which is rare in the prefecture, and is equipped with high BCP (Business Continuity Planning) performance to support tenant companies’ business continuity even during disasters. Furthermore, a lease agreement has already been signed with a repeat customer of GLP Japan Inc., making it a dedicated facility.

Our company has been promoting the project by supervising the basic design and detailed design, incorporating the specifications and requirements of the customer while ensuring the facility meets the satisfaction of the property owner.
After construction commencement, we will continue to provide construction supervision services and contribute to achieving completion in July 2027 (planned), ensuring a high-quality logistics facility.
