The construction of TC Kobelco Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “AS-LOGI Ayase” was completed.

The construction of TC Kobelco Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “AS-LOGI Ayase”, for which F&P provided project management services, was completed. This is the fifth facility of the AS-LOGI series and the first logistics facility in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

This facility is located at a key transportation hub where the Tomei Expressway connecting eastern and western Japan, the Ken-O Expressway covering the greater Tokyo metropolitan area, and major national highways intersect. The surrounding area features a concentration of logistics facilities, factories, and other industrial sites.
Located within approximately 40 km of central Tokyo and about 3 km from the Tomei Expressway’s “Ayase Smart IC,” this highly convenient location offers significant potential for both urban and wide-area distribution. Furthermore, situated within the Ayase Industrial Park, it provides an excellent operational environment enabling 24-hour operation.

This facility is a multi-purpose warehouse capable of dividing into up to two sections. It has obtained CASBEE Kanagawa A-rank certification and ZEB Ready certification, demonstrating its environmental considerations. Furthermore, it is equipped with a 24-hour emergency generator to support operations during power outages and includes a disaster prevention storage area, ensuring BCP support.

F&P has provided comprehensive support to realize high-quality warehouses by overseeing basic plans, basic designs, implementation design supervision, and construction supervision.

We will continue to support the creation of high-quality facilities tailored to our customers’ needs, hoping this facility will contribute to the further business development of TC Kobelco Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the tenants utilizing the facility.
