The groundbreaking ceremony of Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co. Ltd.’s rental logistics facility “MID LOGI Tosu”, for which F&P provides project management service, was held on September 2, 2025.

This property faces National Route 3 and is adjacent to the Tosu Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, offering excellent access to Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Oita, and Kumamoto, making it an ideal location for a land transportation hub. Furthermore, it is located within approximately one hour’s drive of Fukuoka Airport, Kyushu Saga International Airport, and Hakata Port, offering high convenience for both air and sea transportation.

The planned building is a three-story box-type structure designed to maximize land use, taking the site’s shape into consideration. It also incorporates thoughtful exterior design and environmental considerations.

Our company has advanced this project from the initial planning stage through basic planning, basic design supervision, and implementation design supervision. Moving forward, we will also supervise construction work, providing comprehensive support for this project.
