NTT Urban Development Corporation’s first logistics facility has been completed.

2025/08/29

The completion ceremony was held on August 19, 2025, for the logistics facility developed by NTT Urban Development Corporation, for which our company provided project management services.

This facility is located in a great logistics location, approximately 3.3 km from the Nishi-Meihan Expressway’s “Fujiidera IC,” enabling distribution to both central Osaka City and surrounding areas. Furthermore, it is an 8-minute walk from JR Yamatoji Line’s “Shiki” Station, offering excellent commuting convenience and advantageous location for workforce recruitment.

This facility marks NTT Urban Development Corporation’s first logistics development project. It features highly versatile warehouse space, with partial air conditioning installed to ensure working and storage environments. Furthermore, as part of its BCP measures, it incorporates emergency generators capable of operating for up to 48 hours, enabling the continued operation of disaster prevention equipment and business continuity during emergencies.

Our company has provided comprehensive support by conducting basic plans, supporting the selection of design and construction contractors, basic design supervision, detailed design supervision, and construction supervision, while taking into consideration adjacent residences, the JR railway line, and height restrictions under aviation law.

We hope this facility will contribute to the further business development of NTT Urban Development Corporation and the tenants of the facility. We will continue to support the creation of high-quality facilities that meet the needs of our customers.
