The completion ceremony of B-R 31 ICE CREAM CO., LTD.’s “Kobe Miki Factory Expansion Project”, which F&P provides project management service, was held on May 30, 2025.
This facility began operations in 2014 as a factory manufacturing ice cream and ice cream cake products for B-R 31 Ice Cream, and together with the Fujioyama Factory, it supplies products to approximately 1,400 sales stores nationwide. With this expansion, the company has added new production lines and developed new products, empowering to deliver even more products to customers throughout Japan.
We have been involved in this project since the building was newly constructed in 2014. In this project, we carried out the basic planning and design, and after construction began, we provided specialized support and advice as a construction supervisor, including coordinating the connection between the new and existing buildings and adjusting the construction schedule during the installation of production equipment, thereby advancing the project.
We hope that this facility will contribute to the further development of B-R 31 Ice Cream’s corporate vision, “We make people happy,” which aims to deliver happiness to people through ice cream.
