The Seino Transportation Co., Ltd.’s “Yokohama Branch” was completed.

The completion ceremony of Seino Transportation Co., Ltd.’s “Yokohama Branch”, which F&P provides construction supervision service, was held on July 8, 2025.

This facility is located approximately 0.4 km from the Kohoku IC on the Daisan Keihin Expressway, offering excellent transportation access.
The former Yokohama Branch, constructed in 1970, has provided services to commercial and residential areas in parts of Yokohama City and Kawasaki City since its completion.
Due to increased cargo volumes resulting from development in the surrounding area and with a view to future business expansion, this project was implemented as a replacement for the former Yokohama Branch. The facility has been reborn with a combination of logistics and transportation functions, known as “Logi-Trans.”
In addition to the three berths on the first floor, berths have also been added on the second floor, increasing the number of trucks that can be parked and enabling the facility to accommodate increased cargo volumes.

We provided construction cost estimates and supervision services to promote the project.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the development of the local economy as part of the regional logistics infrastructure and to the further growth of Seino Transportation Co., Ltd.
