The groundbreaking ceremony of Fukuoka Jisho Co., Ltd.’s “LogiCity Sue Construction (tentative name)” , which F&P provides project management, was held on May 27, 2025.　

This facility is the fourth multi-purpose box-type facility developed by Fukuoka Jisho Co., Ltd. as part of its LogiCity logistics facility series, following LogiCity Minato Kashii North, LogiCity Koga, and LogisCity Ogori.
The planned site is located in Suecho, Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka, within 3 km from the Fukuoka Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, a major transportation network, offering excellent transportation access.

We have been promoting the project by conducting basic planning and supervising the basic design and implementation design selected by Kyutetsu Corporation Co., Ltd.
The design of this project is based on our extensive experience and expertise. The exterior design was created in collaboration with overseas designers in accordance with design guidelines, reflecting the customer’s unique specifications. This facility will serve as a model for the exterior design of future customer facilities.

We will be responsible for construction supervision until the completion of the project in September 2026. Following the design phase, we will continue to promote this project to ensure that the facility meets the needs of our clients and delivers complete satisfaction.
