The completion ceremony of Prologis’s “Prologis Park Yachiyo 2”, which F&P provided design review service, was held on April 8, 2025.

This facility is located approximately 2 km from National Route 16, a major traffic route in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and is being constructed in the Moegino Complex Business District, which is an ideal location for distribution to consumer areas in the Tokyo metropolitan area and the wider Kanto region. With a total floor area of approximately 110,000 m², this multi-tent-type logistics facility features seismic isolation structure and double rampway design, and is designed to accommodate a wide range of industries including food, distribution, precision machinery, and e-commerce.

We conducted design reviews during the basic and detailed design phases, and participated in regular meetings as construction supervisors during the construction phase, providing quality control advice and other support to advance the project. At the construction phase, we visited multiple steel plants to conduct product inspections, provided advice from the preliminary design plan to the concrete pouring work plan, and ensured that the project was completed as scheduled.

Together with Prologis Park 8 Chiyoda 1, which was completed earlier on an adjacent site, the project is expected to revitalize the surrounding area, and we are honored to have played a part in this project.
