The completion ceremony of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd.’s “Logicross Osaka Suminoe” was held.

The “Logicross Osaka Suminoe” , developed by a special purpose company organized by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., which F&P provided construction management service, was completed on March 31.

This facility is a multi-tenant frozen and refrigerated logistics facility with four above-ground story and a total floor area of 43,500 m².
Located 2.2 km from the “Tamade” IC on the Hanshin Expressway Route 15 Sakai Line and 3.4 km from the “Nanko-naka” IC on the Hanshin Expressway Route 4 Wangan Line, the site offers excellent access to major expressways, enabling wide-area distribution from Osaka City to Hyogo Prefecture.
In addition, it is located within walking distance of the Kitakagaya Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line, and with a large residential population in the surrounding area, it offers an excellent environment for securing employees.

We were responsible for design supervision and construction supervision as part of our construction management services, and managed the project.
In the design supervision phase, we provided advice on the selection of necessary equipment and scale for a multi-warehouse facility. In the construction supervision phase, we managed the project to ensure quality and progress within the tight schedule.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the further development of the businesses of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and the tenants who use the facility. We will continue to provide support with the aim of creating high-quality facilities that meet the needs of our customers.
