The construction of Kanden Realty & Development Co.,Ltd.’s “KRD-Logistics Fukuoka Ogoori” was completed.

The completion ceremony of Kanden Realty & Development Co.,Ltd.’s “KRD-Logistics Fukuoka Ogoori”, which F&P provided construction supervision, was held on March 6, 2024.

This is the eighth facility owned and operated as a logistics asset by Kanden Realty ＆ Development Co.,Ltd., and was planned as the first multi-type logistics facility in Kyushu.

The facility is located adjacent to the Chikugo Ogori Interchange on the Oita Expressway, which crosses northern Kyushu, and is approximately 5.0 km (6 minutes by expressway) from Tosu JCT, where the Kyushu Expressway, Oita Expressway, and Nagasaki Expressway intersect, and is expected to be a distribution base for deliveries throughout Kyushu.
It is also located about a 5-minute walk from “Imakuma” station on the Amagi Railway, offering excellent commuting convenience.

With expectation toward our track record and experienced skill in the logistics facilities, we were engaged to provide construction supervision to the design and construction companies, and to assist in the promotion of the project.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of the owner, Kanden Realty & Development Co.,Ltd., and the tenants who use the facility as a facility that plays a role in the logistics infrastructure of the region.
