The ground-breaking ceremony of TC KOBELCO REAL ESTATE CO.,LTD.’s “Mitsugaoka Logistics Facility Development Project (tentative name)” was held on January 22, 2024.
The site is located within the Kobe Techno Logistic Park [Kobe Industrial Complex] and is approximately 1.5 km from the Kobe-Nishi Interchange on the Kobe-Awaji Naruto Expressway, providing excellent transportation access and enabling wide-area deliveries to the Kansai and Chugoku-Shikoku regions.
As project management, we provided basic planning, basic design, and implementation design supervision services to promote the project.
Although a box-type warehouse is desirable for the site size, the surrounding area is dotted with box-type warehouses, so a slope type warehouse was adopted to differentiate it from other facilities from a tenant leasing perspective, and to maximize the use of the site and realize volume savings.
We will contribute to TC KOBELCO REAL ESTATE CO.,LTD.’s “Mitsugaoka Logistics Facility Development Project New Construction(tentative name)” for completion in February 2025 with the aim of completing a quality logistics facility.
