The ground-breaking ceremony of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd.’s “Atsugi-shi Kamiechi Logistics Facility Project(tentative name)”, which F&P provides project management service, was held on September 4, 2023. 

This is Mitsubishi Estate’s third logistics facility project in the Atsugi area, and was planned as a multi-tenant logistics facility.

The planned site is located approximately 3.0 km from the Sagamihara Aikawa Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway and approximately 3.9 km from Shimomizo Station on the JR Sagami Line, and is situated in a distribution cluster in the Atsugi Inland Industrial Park.

We supported the project by providing basic plan, basic design supervision, and implementation design supervision. In the future, we plan to provide total support for the project by supervising construction work.

This plan employs double-sided berths in the facillity. The IN/OUT traffic lines for vehicles are separated, and a one-way traffic line is secured around the building to ensure convenience and safety.

We will continue to promote future projects with the aim of creating convenient, high-quality facilities for completion by the end of November 2024.
