The construction of SMFL MIRAI Partners’ and Sumitomo Corporation’s construction of “NEWNO・SOSiLA Takatsuki” was completed.

The completion ceremony of “NEWNO・SOSiLA Takatsuki” by SMFL Mirai Partners Co., Ltd. and Sumitomo Corporation, which F&P provided project management service, was held on May 19, 2023.

This facility is the first joint logistics facility business between SMFL Mirai Partners Co., Ltd. and Sumitomo Corporation. The location has good access within 5 km from the Takatsuki Interchange on the Shin-Meishin and Meishin Expressways, making it a convenient base for wide-area deliveries and deliveries to the surrounding area. It is also within a 10-minute drive from “Takatsuki Station” on the JR Kyoto Line and “Takatsuki-shi” Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line, and bus commuting from the nearest stations is also possible, making it an excellent place for tenant companies to secure human resources.

F&P, as a project manager, began with the basic plan, and cooperated in total cost control and improvement of design and construction quality through the selection of construction companies, design supervision, and construction supervision.

We hope to realize SMFL Mirai Partners Corporation’s brand concept of “NEWNO”, “Make a New Normal”, and Sumitomo Corporation the brand concept of “SOSiLA”, “Logistics facilities that connect people and society“ and the facilities to develop as contribution to the community, and we hope to support developing high quality logistics facility in the future.
