The safety prayer ceremony of LOGISTEED Metropolitan’s “Sakura Logistics Center – Hazardous Material Warehouse (tentative)”, which F&P provides project management service, was held on April 18, 2023.

The project will include the construction of four new warehouses for hazardous materials, a sorting space, and office. The planned site is located approximately 1.25 km from the Sakura IC on the Higashi Kanto Expressway and approximately 4.25 km from the Yotsukaido IC, providing excellent transportation access and making it ideal for deliveries to central Tokyo and for wide-area distribution and trunk line transportation.
It is also located in an industrial park about 2.05 km from Sakura Station on the JR Narita Line and Sobu Main Line, and is adjacent to a residential area, making it an excellent location for securing employment.

We were involved in the project from the site survey and were in charge of the basic plan, selection of design and construction companies, and supervision of the basic design and implementation design, and promoted the project.
We will be in charge of construction supervision and will provide total support for this project.

F&P will continue to promote the project toward completion in December 2023, aiming to create even higher quality facilities that meet the needs of our customers.
