The completion ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “Hulic Logistics Kasai”, which F&P conducted design and supervision service, was held on April 27, 2022.

The planned site is located just 0.7km from the Kasai IC on the Metropolitan Expressway Bayshore Route along the Kannana-dori and is ideal for urban distribution and frequent delivery due to good traffic access. It is also a convenient location for commuting to work, with a 13-minute walk from Kasai Rinkai Park Station on the JR Keiyo Line and a 7-minute walk from Kasai Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. The area is also blessed with an abundance of surrounding populations and is excellent in securing employment.

The facility is a five story box-type facility with excellent BCP performance, with LED lighting installed in the entire building and solar power generation and the building is planned to be ranked A in CASBEE construction, an environmentally conscious facility.
In addition to providing office space on each floor, the Hulic Kasai Rinkai Building, a common facility on the same site (24-hour cafeteria, lobby space available for business negotiations, etc.) is also available, making it a highly convenient facility for users of the facility.

F&P have been involved in various surveys and basic planning operations since the initial stage of Hulic’s business review phase and have been in charge of designing and construction supervision, providing total support throughout this project.

We will continue to play a role in our customers’ development business and strive to create even higher-quality facilities in line with customer needs.
