The construction of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Amagasaki Ⅲ Project” has completed.

The completion ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Amagasaki Ⅲ Project”, which F&P provided building structure design and construction supervision, was held on May 31, 2021.

　　

This facility was planned as a dedicated facility for KANTSU CO., LTD. in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture.

The construction site is approximately 1.6km from the Hanshin Expressway No.5 Wangan Line “Amagasaki Suehiro IC” and approximately 650m from National Highway No.43, providing excellent access to Osaka City and Kobe City. In addition to being close to the residential area, Hanshin Electric Railway’s “Amagasaki Center Pool-Mae Station” is within approximately 1km walking distance. The bus stop is nearby, and it is convenient to commute to work., allowing secure employment.

The facility is characterized by improved comfort in the work environment in response to the needs of the tenant company, KANTSU CO., LTD. In order to create a bright and clean building appearance, white colors are used abundantly, and the entrance adopts a wood-grain tone that expresses natural warmth. The office is concentrated on the top floor (4F) with a good view, and a powder space is provided in the lavatory for women to enhance amenities. In addition, we have installed an air conditioner and an ultra-large sealing fan called the “Big Ass Fans” in the cabin to enhance the comfort of the working environment. For BCP countermeasure against flooding precautions are taken by raising the installation position of power receiving and transforming facility higher than usual.

We have contributed to the realization of a safe, secure, and high-quality logistics facility through building structure design supervision and building frame construction supervision.
