The construction of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Yachiyo III Project” has completed.

　 The completion ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Yachiyo III Project”, which F&P supervised structural design and framework, was held on on January 14, 2021.

　　

　This facility was planned as a BTS-type logistics facility for LOCONDO,Inc, who operates a mail order website “LOCONDO.jp” for shoes and fashion.

　The construction site is located within the inland area of Chiba with a 30 km radius to central Tokyo and the National Highway No. 16 connecting the metropolitan area in a circle. It is suitable for both wide-area delivery to the metropolitan area and regional delivery to the Chiba area. The population of the surrounding area is also expected to increase and gives an advantage in terms of local employment.

　In the construction plan, while following the warehouse function of GLP Yachiyo II, which is also dedicated facility for LOCONDO already in operation, F&P established window counters as resting space in the common corridors on each floor except the first floor to provide better work environments for employees working at the warehouse. On the first floor, there is a community space and conference rooms available to local resident, making the facility environmentally friendly.

　We hope this facility will play a part in social infrastructure and contribute to further business development for LOCONDO, Inc. and GLP Japan Inc.
