The construction of Fukuoka Jisho Co., Ltd.’s “LOGICITY Minato Kashii North” has completed.

　The Fukuoka Jisho Co., Ltd.’s “LOGICITY Minato Kashii North”, which F&P conducted project management service, was held on September 1, 2020.　

　　

　This facility is an ambient multi-tenant logistics warehouse, located in Fukuoka Island City within Hakata Bay area.

　Starting with the feasibility study business, F&P carried out the basic plan and design service, supervised the implementation drawings of Matsuo Construction Co., Ltd., which was the design and construction company, supervised the construction work at the construction site, and managed the total project.

　In order to meet the requirements of the customer’s budget, the design and construction company proposed that the steel structure, which was the original plan of the basic design, be changed to the PC structure, and the construction was carried out in accordance with the plan. The exterior appearance and the lounge on the fourth floor of the north side office has a finish with the customer’s tone who handles many commercial facilities, and it has a unique presence from the surrounding facilities in this area. F&P have also been highly regarded by tenants who have already decided to move in.

　As a future business opportunity for our customers, the completion of this facility will be a foundation for the further efforts to build logistics facilities. F&P will also participate in the second and third projects based on the trust we have gained from the results of this project.
