　The groundbreaking ceremony for Innovation Logistics’ “(tentative name) Bando New Construction Project“, which F&P provides design and supervision service, was held on August 7, 2020.　　

　　

　This facility is designed as a new logistics facility accompanying the business expansion of Innovation Logistics.

　

　The facility is fully equipped with air-conditioning to improve the working environment of employees, and hazardous materials can be stored, corresponding with diversifying cargo handling. In addition, an emergency power generation system will be installed as a BCP countermeasure.

　This project site is located about 5 minutes from “Bando IC” of Ken-o Expressway and within Tsukuba High-Tech Park Iwai Industrial Park, about 40 km from the center of the metropolitan area, making it suitable for smooth delivery.

　In this project , F&P is in charge of designing and supervision and carrying out service from basic design to the implementation design and cost management. In the future, F&P will provide construction supervision and total support for this project.

　F&P will aim to build a high-quality facility in line with customer needs and to contribute to the facility completion by the end of April 2021.
