2025/11/19

The ground-breaking ceremony for “DPL Tsukuba Chuo II,” a project for which our company is providing design and supervision services for Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., was held on October 31, 2025.

This facility is a large-scale multi-tenant logistics facility under Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.’s logistics facility brand “DPL.”
Located approximately 2 km from the Ken-O Expressway “Tsukuba Chuo” IC and approximately 6 km from the Joban Expressway “Yatabe” IC, it is positioned within approximately 50 km from central Tokyo, making it an ideal location for distribution centers serving the Tokyo metropolitan area, Saitama area, and Narita area.

The building is located on a site within the Tsukuba Western Industrial Park, with setback distances of 10 meters from the site boundary and 25 meters from the main road boundary. Furthermore, by designing the building as a two-story structure, we have reduced the sense of pressure on the surrounding area. Additionally, buffer zones with greenery have been established along the adjacent property boundaries and outer roads, ensuring thorough consideration for the surrounding environment.
The warehouse area is primarily planned as a dry warehouse, with a portion of the first floor equipped with specifications that can accommodate leasing for frozen and refrigerated businesses.

Our company is responsible for the basic planning, basic design, and implementation design, and will continue to support this project through construction supervision services.

Toward the completion of the building in June 2027 (scheduled), we aim to create a high-quality facility that meets our client’s needs and strive for completion without accidents or disasters.
