The completion ceremony of Prologis’s “Prologis Urban Tokyo Ota 1”, which F&P provided design review and construction supervision, was held on March 10, 2023.
The facility has been constructed as an urban business hub for multi-purpose operations.
The location of the facility is excellent accessibility as it is very close to the Metropolitan Expressway “Haneda” entrance and exit, National Route No.131 as well.
F&P dedicated total support for this project by providing design review in the design phase and construction supervision in the construction phase.
F&P hopes that this facility will contribute to the business development for both owner and tenants.
