The completion ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate’s “LOGIFRONT Urayasu”, which F&P provided the project management service, was held on February 7, 2023.

It is the fourth logistics facility in the Kanto region to be developed under the “LOGIFRONT” series, the logistics facility brand of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate.The facility was planned as a multi-tenant logistics facility.

The site is located within 15km distance from central Tokyo, about 2.4 km from the Maihama Interchange on the Bayshore Route. It is highly convenient due to its easy access to the entire Kanto region by the Bayshore Route and National Route No.357.
This facility is capable of operating 24 hours a day.In addition, the location is an advantage for recruiting employees in the Urayasu area.

We were responsible for the basic planning of the project, once the general contractor was selected, we provided total support for the project by supervising the basic design, implementation design, and construction supervision.

F&P hopes that this facility will play a part in the logistics infrastructure and contribute to the enhancement of operations and business development for both owner and tenants.
