The groundbreaking ceremony of Mitsui Fudosan’s “MFLP Sendai NatoriⅠ”, which F&P provides owner support services, was held on February 16, 2023.
This facility is the first Tohoku project in Mitsui Fudosan’s MFLP series of logistics facility developments.
The site is located in Iinozaka, Natori-shi,Miyagi Prefecture, about 1km from the Natori Chuo Smart Interchange on the Sendai-Tobu Road, and is also easily accessible to National Route 4.
Furthermore, the location is well connected to the Tohoku Expressway, so it can be a logistics point not only for the Sendai area, but also for the Kanto and Northern Tohoku regions.
In this project, F&P provides owner support services for Mitsui Fudosan, from basic planning to the completion of construction.
The facility is designed to avoid traffic congestion caused by trucks entering and exiting the site. Furthermore, it is designed to make the most efficient use of the overall site area.
F&P will dedicate to create a high quality logistics facility for completion in April 2024.
