The completion ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate’s “LOGIFRONT Sayama” was held.
The completion ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate’s “LOGIFRONT Sayama”, which F&P provided the design and construction supervision services, was held on January 12, 2023.
It is the 3rd logistics facility in the Tokyo metropolitan area to be developed under the “LOGIFRONT” series, the logistics facility brand of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate.The facility was planned as a BTS (Build To Suit, it means an exclusive facility for a specific tenant).
We assumed responsibility for the project from the initial planning stage. Once a tenant was selected, we provided total support for the project including basic design, implementation design, and construction supervision, while reflecting the tenant’s needs.
The site is located in the Sayama Indstrial Park and is only 1 km from Sayama-Hidaka Interchange of KEN-O Expressway, which is very advantage as a distribution point. In addition, it is an advantage for BCP due to its solid ground and low risk of flooding.
F&P hopes that the facility will contribute to the further business development of both owner and tenant as part of the logistics infrastructure.
