The groundbreaking ceremony of Toagosei’s “Toagosei Nagoya Plant Logistics Center” was held.
The groundbreaking ceremony of Toagosei’s “Toagosei Nagoya Plant Logistics Center”, which F&P provides project management services, was held on December 9, 2022.
The planned site is located next to “Funami Interchange” on the Nagoya Expressway Route 4 Tokai Line. It is an appropriate location for a distribution point due to its convenient transportation access.
Toagosei will utilize idle land in its Nagoya Plant. The new logistics center will consolidate warehouses that were scattered in Nagoya Plant and outside warehouses for efficient operation.
In addition, the new logistics center will not only be its own warehouse, but will also be utilized for rental warehouse to generate profit by earning rental income.
F&P has supervised the basic and implementation design of the project since the feasibility study.
In the future, we will be responsible for construction supervision and will provide total support for this project.
F&P will contribute to the construction of high-quality logistics facility to meet customer’s needs.
