The completion ceremony of Mitsui Fudosan and SG Realty’s “MFLP･SG Realty Fukuoka Kasuya” was held.
The completion ceremony of Mitsui Fudosan and SG Realty’s “MFLP･SG Realty Fukuoka Kasuya”, which F&P provided the design and construction supervision services, was held on October 14, 2022.
It is the first BTS logistics facility which was jointly developed by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and SG Realty Co., Ltd..
The site is located only 1 km from Fukuoka IC of Kyushu Expressway and is also close to Fukuoka Airport (5.5 km), which is very advantages as a distribution point.
F&P was appointed to the project from the initial stages of planning, and undertook basic design, implementation design, and construction supervision, while reflecting the tenant’s requirements. In addition, the design was implemented to be able to renovate to a Multi-Type facility in preparation for the future.
F&P hopes that the facility will play a part in infrastructure for the community and contribute to the business development of both owners and tenant.
