The groundbreaking ceremony for Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.‘s “DPL Maebashi (tentative name)”, which F&P provides design and supervision service, was held on June 17, 2020.
This project is planned as a multi-type logistics facility to be developed as the “DPL (Deep Project Logistics)” series, a logistics facility brand of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.
The site is approximately eight minutes by car from Maebashi Station, which is the JR Ryomo Line, and ten minutes by car from Maebashi IC on Kanetsu Expressway. This site is suitable for delivery to Kanto and Koshinetsu areas.
F&P is in charge of the basic design and the preparation of the implementation plan and cost management. In the next phase, F&P will provide construction supervision and total support for this project.
F&P will aim to build a high-quality facility in line with customer needs toward completion by the end of March 2021.
