The construction of Tokyu Land Corporation’s “LOGI’Q Sayama Hidaka” was completed.

The construction of Tokyu Land Corporation’s “LOGI‘Q Sayama Hidaka”, which F&P provided design and supervision service, was completed on February 2022.

  

  This facility is the 7th project to be developed as the “LOGI‘Q (Logic)” series. It was planned as a BTS-type distribution facility exclusively for a specified tenant. This is the largest property in the Kanto region in LOGI’Q series. It is also the first LOGI‘Q series to use seismic isolation structure in a distribution facility with BCP measures that will not stop logistics operations even in the event of a disaster.

The planned site is located close to the Sayama Hidaka IC, Ken-o Expressway, and along the Horigane Negishi-sen of Saitama Prefectural Road No. 397, which is extremely convenient for transportation, making it an excellent location and environment that can accommodate wide-area logistics.

In this project, F&P was engaged in the project from the basic plan as design supervisor, and after the tenant’s decision was made, took charge of the basic design, construction company selection, implementation design, and construction supervision, reflecting the tenant’s requests, and supported the project in total.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of Tokyu Land Corporation., the project manager, and tenants using this facility, as a facility that will play a part in the future logistics infrastructure.
