The groundbreaking ceremony of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.’s “DPL Nagareyama II construction (tentative name”, which F&P provides design and supervision service, was held on July 30, 2021.
This facility is a large scale multi-tenant type logistics facility of “DPL”, a distribution facility brand of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. and is built with a seismic isolation structure.
This site is located near “Nagareyama IC” of Joban Expressway as a large logistics center near the Tokyo metropolitan area. It is the fourth construction site in the Nishifukai area for F&P to support from the early development phase.
In preparation for completion in April 2023, F&P aims tobuild high-quality facility in line with customer needs without any accidents during the project.
