The groundbreaking ceremony of Daiwa House Industry’s “DPL Sendai Rifu” was held.

 The groundbreaking ceremony of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.’s “DPL Sendai Rifu”, which F&P will provide design and supervision, was held on March 24, 2021. 

  

 This project site is located about 1km from the Sendai Hokubu Road “Rifu Shirakashidai” IC, with an easy access to the Tomiya Junction, which is connected to Tohoku Expressway. It has good access and convenient for delivery to major cities in Miyagi Prefecture and the Tohoku region. In addition, many industrial parks are located in the vicinity of Rifu Town, making it a suitable distribution hub to each factories.

 The facility is a two-story slope-type building with truck berth and cargo handling space on each floor, allowing one-floor operation. The facility can be accommodated from a maximum of six tenants, from approximately 6,600 ㎡ section. With new residential area located nearby, a work environment close to work and housing is in place. At the same time, the site is located inland in Miyagi Prefecture, where the ground is solid, so it is also an excellent site for BCP measures.

 We have been involved in various surveys and basic planning work since the stage of the business study phase of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., and have been in charge of building design and supervision. In the future, we will provide construction supervision and total support for this project. 

 As we aim for the completion of this project by March 2022, F&P will continue to promote this project by playing a role in the advancement of our customers‘ logistics businesses and creating an even higher-quality facilities in line with our customer needs.
