Achieved profitability in the 1Q/2Q of the 20th fiscal year
We continue to provide specialized construction and real estate services to support the development and the operation of logistics facilities even in the aftermath of the Corona pandemic, thereby contributing to supporting people’s lives.
We achieved our sales target in 1Q/2Q of the 20th fiscal year and overachieved 30% of the first semester sales and profit target of 140M yen, totaling up to 210M yen.

Increase in the number of customers
In the 20th fiscal year, the number of customers, including e-commerce companies, manufacturers, food distribution companies, logistics companies, and transportation companies, continued to increase.

Business Continuity in Myanmar
1. F&P Myanmar: Design Office
– With the aim of becoming a digital design office, we are promoting BIM design business via remote during corona pandemic.

2. FLP Tharkayta : Real estate development management company
– Tenants at our suburban office in the Tharkayta continue their business without any tetant leaving. In addition, there were a number of tenant inquiries for our warehouse and we even welcomed five tenants in May and contiue the business.

Achieved profitability in the 1Q of the 20th fiscal year
We continue to provide specialized construction and real estate services to support the development and the operation of logistics facilities even in the aftermath of the Corona pandemic, thereby contributing to supporting people’s lives.
In the 1Q of the 20th fiscal year (October 2020 to December 2020), we achieved our target profit and increased both sales and profits from the previous year.

Increase in the number of customers
In the 20th fiscal year, the number of customers, including e-commerce companies, manufacturers, food distribution companies, logistics companies, and transportation companies, continues to increase.

F&P’s style of working under the emergency declaration
We avoid “density” in the office and commuting, and we are thoroughly implementing measures to prevent infections.
We are working on the operation with a target of 70% work at home, while balancing the attendance status of on-site staff.

Achievement under the Corona Pandemic – Achieved target in Fiscal Year 19-

 

November 2020

We continued to provide specialized construction and real estate services to support the development and the operation of logistics facilities even in the aftermath of the Corona pandemic, thereby contributing to supporting people’s lives.
As a result, the fiscal year ended September 31, 2020 (19th fiscal year) achieving our initial target margin, resulting in increase of sales and profit for 19 years straight.
Sales have increased approximately 165 times in the 19 years since our foundation, and in the past 5 years both sales and profits have doubled.
As can be seen from the following data, F&P have made repeated management efforts to create a framework for a business that can grow stably. We will improve the quality of our services to grow steadily even in the midst of major economic fluctuations, while making further efforts to make our company a rewarding place for our employees to work.

Flexible Work Styles -New Efforts in Corona Pandemic

Fukuda and Partners places top priority on the health and safety of the employees and conducts a variety of initiatives against the new Corona Virus. We will continue to promote the creation of safe, secure and flexible working styles and environments to adapt and enable our employees to continue to work enthusiastically and energetically.

◆One day telework per week
・20% of our employees work from home to avoid “density” in the workplace.
・We are improving our hardware working environment for telework. (Notebook PCs, company mobile phones, server expansion, etc.)

◆Flexible Work Style
Each employees share a 2-week work schedule and working style with our superiors, and then the use of time-shifted work and share offices is recommend to avoid “density” on trains. (Core time: 10:00 – 17:00)
*For example, if a superior grants permission, he or she can go directly to the shared office and work a day and directly return to home.

◆Improving the sanitary environment
By providing masks to all employees and introducing hand sanitizers and thermal cameras, F&P is improving the sanitary environment and reducing the risk of infections for employees.

◆Habit of wearing masks at all times
We reduce the risk of infections of employees and customers by wearing masks during business meetings, conferences, and travel.
